The Import Support Files option allows the remote scale location to import support files from the host location. Support files (tracts, producers, owners, destinations, etc.) are necessary to operate the Scale House at a remote location.
When the option is selected, the system displays the Import Support Files window as follows:
Enter or edit information according the following specifications.
Division
Enter the division for the remote scale location where the support files will be imported. No other users should be in the Scale House module when this option is executed.
